Welcome to Durga Puja 2024!
We are delighted to invite you to our annual Durga Puja celebrations, a vibrant festival that honors the Divine Mother, Goddess Durga. This year we begin our festivities with Mahalaya, marking the advent of the Goddess and setting the tone for the auspicious days ahead.
Mahalaya: The Prelude to Durga Puja
Mahalaya is a significant day of the year, celebrated when Goddess Maa Durga is believed to descend from Kailash Parvat to Earth. This day also commemorates her victory over the demon Mahishasura, symbolizing the triumph of truth and the assurance that good will ultimately prevail over evil.
We cordially invite everyone to this event so that we can unite together and celebrate this auspicious day.
